This policy covers the YBOS website and private client portal operated by Your Business on Social Media. It applies to visitors who enquire about enrolment, enrolled clients and authorised team members.

When you enquire, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number and any business name, social media handle or message you provide.

For enrolled clients, we hold account and business details, onboarding answers, social media links, goals, tasks and progress, strategies, content ideas, calendar entries, submissions and feedback, meeting summaries and resource links. We also maintain account roles and internal team notes.

We record payment amounts, due dates, payment status, methods and related notes. This website does not process payments or provide a checkout. Do not send card numbers, banking passwords, PINs or other sensitive payment credentials through the portal.

Authentication and hosting services may handle technical information such as IP addresses, device or browser information and security logs when you use the website.

We use information to respond to enquiries, manage enrolment and accounts, deliver the programme, tailor your strategy, assign tasks, review submitted work, arrange meetings, track progress and manual payment records, and protect the service from misuse. Clients can access their own client records and resources made available to them. Authorised YBOS team members can access the client information needed to deliver the programme. Owner-level administrators manage accounts, access permissions and payment records. Internal meeting notes are restricted to the team.

Lovable Cloud and the providers supporting hosting and authentication handle information needed to operate the service. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and service security. We do not sell your personal information.

Authentication may use browser storage or cookies to keep your session working. Third-party hosting or embedded services may use their own technical mechanisms; their privacy notices apply to those services.

Media and resource links may take you to external websites. Those websites are responsible for their own information practices. Submit only content and links you have permission to share.

Access controls restrict client records and team functions. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep login details private and contact the team promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to deliver the programme, maintain relevant business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of record. Information may be processed outside your country by service providers. Deleted information may remain in backups until those backups expire.
