Your Business on Social Media

Terms of use

Last updated: 27 October 2026

These terms describe account responsibilities and use of the YBOS website and private workspace. Your enrolment agreement remains the reference for programme and payment arrangements.

1. Using this website and portal

These terms apply to use of the website and private client workspace provided by Your Business on Social Media. Your separate enrolment agreement sets out programme scope, fees, schedules and other commercial arrangements. These website terms do not replace that agreement or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

2. Enrolment and account access

An enquiry does not enrol you or create an account. The YBOS team provides client login details after confirming enrolment and the agreed payment. Business onboarding takes place inside the signed-in client portal. Public self-registration is not offered through this website.

3. Account responsibilities

Use only your assigned account, provide accurate information and keep your login credentials private. Do not share your login, attempt to access another client's records or bypass access controls. Contact the team if you believe your account has been compromised. Administrators are responsible for giving team members appropriate access.

4. Programme services and results

The portal supports strategy, planning, tasks, content reviews, meetings and resources. Advice and support do not guarantee a particular audience size, reach, sales or revenue. You remain responsible for your business decisions, published content and compliance with the rules of the social platforms you use.

5. Payments and commercial arrangements

This website does not process payments. Payment records in the portal are manually maintained by the owner and are not an online checkout. Confirm payment instructions directly with the team. Fees, instalments, cancellations and refunds are governed by your enrolment agreement and applicable law. Tell the team if a recorded amount or status appears incorrect.

6. Your content and programme materials

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You permit YBOS and its authorised team to access, store and review that content as necessary to provide the programme. Only submit content and links you are entitled to share, and avoid unnecessary personal or sensitive information about others.

YBOS programme materials are provided for your own business use unless the team agrees otherwise. Do not resell, publicly redistribute or provide access to paid or restricted materials without permission.

7. Acceptable use and availability

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, harmful content, malware or interference with other users. Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security concerns or the end of an enrolment, subject to the enrolment agreement and applicable law. The portal may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons.

8. External links and privacy

Linked resources and media may be hosted by independent services with their own terms. YBOS does not control their availability or information practices. Our handling of personal information is explained in the privacy policy.

9. Questions and changes

For account issues, programme questions or concerns about these terms, contact the YBOS person managing your enrolment or use the contact form. We may update these terms as the website changes, without overriding your separate enrolment agreement. The date above identifies the latest version.
